1. The Agreement

The agreement consists of these terms and conditions of sale, information provided in the ordering solution and any separately agreed terms. The agreement will also be supplemented by relevant legal provisions that regulate the purchase of goods between traders and consumers.

Buyer is:
the consumer who makes the order, and is hereinafter referred to as the buyer/purchaser.



3. Prices

All costs related to the purchase will appear in the purchase process before the actual payment is made. In the case of campaigns, the offer price applies while stocks last, and until the end of the campaign as mentioned in advertisements and newsletters. Discount codes do not work on bundles, as these are already discounted. The same applies to campaigns, offers and competitions.

We reserve the right that errors may occur on prices, as well as technical errors relating to the shopping basket or checkout. If this occurs, SAND Cosmetics reserves the right to change this afterwards. If this occurs, we will inform you of this by e-mail. You then have the full right to cancel your order.



4. Conclusion of agreement

When you have placed an order with us, a purchase agreement is created between you and SAND Cosmetics. The agreement is binding for both parties when the buyer has sent his order to the seller. Immediately after ordering, the buyer will receive an order confirmation by e-mail confirming that the order has been received.

SAND Cosmetics reserves the right to refuse an order. False orders or other attempts at fraud will be reported.

Registration:

To shop at SAND Cosmetics, you can choose to create an account or shop as a guest. Account can be created under My account or during your purchase. Registration requires a valid email address. By creating an account, it will be easier for you the next time you want to shop with us, as all information will already be stored in your account.



5. Payment

We have the following payment methods:

Stripe:
Stripe is one of the biggest payment service provider in the world, that accepts credit cards, digital wallets and many other payment methods. Stripe's terms and conditions can be found here: https://stripe.com/en-no/legal/ssa

Vipps (Norway):
Purchases in our online store can be paid with Vipps Checkout. Here you can use bank cards/credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and Vipps. This service is provided by Vipps, and all payments by bank card go through Vipps. If you pay with Vipps Checkout, you will be sent to the Vipps payment page to complete the order. Klarna (Norway):
Klarna is a direct and secure payment method. You can choose between paying directly or paying later. If you pay with Klarna, you will be sent to Klarna's payment page to complete the order. 7. Right of withdrawal and return

If you wish to return any products, please send an e-mail to: kundeservice@sandcosmetics.no

The products must be returned in the same condition as received and in its original and undamaged packaging. Cosmetics are considered to be hygienic products and are not suitable for return if the seal has been broken.

The return costs must be covered by the buyer. The products must be properly packed, so that they are not damaged during transport. Damaged returns are not refunded.

If the return is approved, the money will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the return.



8. Defects in the goods - the buyer's rights and complaint deadline

If there is a defect in the goods, the buyer must notify the seller within a reasonable time after it was discovered or should have been discovered that he or she wants to claim the defect. Errors in orders must be reported to us without delay after receipt of the order and no later than 2 months after receipt of the order.

If there should be an error with the item or that the item is defective, you can send an e-mail to kundeservice@sandcosmetics.no. Please attach the order number and a picture of the item so that we can process your request more quickly.



9. Conflict resolution

Complaints must be addressed to the seller within a reasonable time. The parties must try to resolve any disputes amicably.
